 No one can be mathematical? It's his organization that came up with the power level/scouter system.

Im not refering to power level.
Im saying that u cant be accurate on how much of your power you are using. Maybe sometimes that you get mad, your power suddenly goes to 60%, without ''controling''.
And maybe some other times when you mean to use al of your strenght you use only like 70% by accident or holding back.
It's just too inaccurate to defy yourself how much power you are using.
